Brian Carpio offers a scheme to get you high PR and Google ranking using thousands of blogs.
He puts up blogs all right but they never get indexed by Google. He’ll tell you they are cloaked. Yep, cloaked so that even Google can’t see them.
His site, www. thetek.net is full of other claims he makes. The best we’ve seen him to is get a site a high authority on Technorati. Big deal.
This guy is happy to take your money but he just doesn’t deliver at all.

In a suburb of Washington, Galina Ivanova and Medea Novashkhadze write a pro-Communist blog. They are lesbians. They say they fled Russia for that. But, it is a scam so they can live in the US and spy and write their blog.

Mann-Bracken. If they call you or send you mail, watch out. Their main business is debt collection. They have one of the worst records in this business for violating your rights under the law.
Their home base is in Atlanta, Georgia. But they do more. They seem to make an awful lot of calls to people who have either had debts with them in the past or maybe just names and numbers they get at random. If you say you have nothing to do with a debt they try to sell you some kind of a debt mediation package.
This violates the do not call list. They say they can call because your number is associated with some debt somewhere. The funny thing is that their defense is that they say everything there is run by lawyers.
They even said that the autodialer is programmed by a lawyer. One of their worst employees is a guy called Dale Burns. He will lie about anything. He also lets you believe he is an attorney.
Then there is Chris Diwan. He is an attorney but if you file a Better Business Bureau complaint, he tells them he can’t find any file on you. You have to send something to the Better Business Bureau to remind them. The excuse is that a lawyer has redone their filing system and then they say they are sorry.
Last are Chris Bracken and Doug Mann. You have to make checks payable to them and send by overnight mail. Of course people such as Dale Burns don’t have access to the overnight mail. Burns uses one last excuse to try and sell you legal mediation. They have also been known to say a debt was not paid.
But the check went into some account for Bracken or Mann. It is not paid to the debt company. Eventually they move the money but get to make a few more calls trying to sell you the debt mediation package of theirs.
A Georgia Bar Association complaint generally gets results, but they are kind of a pain to file.

We don’t know where they got their name but we know they are real trouble. Penncro sounds like a character out of a Tarantino film to us!
They’re a subcontractor to banks, they seem to help them with missing payments or something. They are not a bank and not really a collection agency.
Some of their employees are very confused. Deal with them enough and you’ll end up talking to a girl called Juby. Ask her where Penncro is. She’ll tell you it is south of Texas. Ask her if she means Mexico and she’ll say no.
The company looks to be in Delaware so this is a real headscratcher. How Delaware got to be south of Texas is one we just can’t help you with.
Penncro will send your payments back. They say they can’t find you in their computer. They tell you to call the bank. The bank will take the payment. Makes no sense. You could complain to the bank and tell them Penncro is a waste of their and eventually your money and you’d be right. Someone said this is part of a New Jersey welfare-to-work program so that these people can learn some office skills. Anything goes these days! Hopefully a little geography gets in there too.
Oh yes. Penncro has agents they send to your door. These guys are goons. One of them made such a fuss that his arrest made the local news. Impersonating an officer of the law is what we heard.
